WS1 - Reset a passcode on an iPhone

mostly needed for when users have forgotten their passwords, the steps below show how you can reset the passcode on the end users device.

Click DEVICES > List View and search for the relevant device.

Click MORE ACTIONS > Clear Passcode > Device

When prompted to continue, Click OK

As long as the device end device is online the user will be able to unlock the device.
